Shipping Rates

We offer  free shipping to all US orders and a flat-rate international shipping fee of $400.00 USD for all orders.

Order Processing

• Order Handling Time: 3-4 business days

• Cut-Off Time for Orders: 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York)

• Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Transit Time

• Estimated transit time is 5-7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Carrier

We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Cancellations and Returns

Order Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without providing a reason. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us at sales@voltcycleshop.com.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 8 days of receiving it for a refund. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.

Return and Refund Policy

• Cancellation Deadline: The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or a third party, other than the carrier, appointed by you, takes possession of the product delivered.

• Notification: You must inform us of your decision by providing a clear statement via email at sales@voltcycleshop.com.

Reimbursement

• We will reimburse you within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.

• Reimbursements will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction. No additional fees will be incurred for refunds.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

• The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.

• The goods are in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom or personalized items.

• Perishable goods or items with expired dates.

• Unsealed items not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.

• Items that are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions at our sole discretion.

• You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. Volt Cycle Shop is not liable for goods damaged or lost in transit.

Gifts

• If the goods were marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned product is received.

• If the goods were not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
